Stopped by here for a lunch meeting and was pleasantly surprised. This place has a very Texas atmosphere, from the decor to the way the servers are dressed. The menu has a pretty decent variety for lunch from soup and salads, to a brunch menu, a couple of burger options, and souther comfort food plates. I opted for a steak salad today, which was $19 and was pretty delicious. It was well dressed and the steak was cooked to a nice medium. The tips were a bit tough, but other than that it was pretty good. The portion size was good, enough to fill you up but not so much to have leftovers. The other plates looked like it would be a pretty large portion, so if you're looking to really fill up, I would suggest one of their main plates. Pricing wise, everything was around $20-$30. Parking is available as a valet, or self parking in the garage.

This establishment opened up in our town recently and we went here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and man it did not disappoint!! The service, ambiance, and the waiting staff were absolutely lovely and incredible! Our server Angelica, was amazing and helped us out with selecting options from the menu when it came to food and drinks and it was a hit!! We were so pleased with her and the food was incredible. For appetizers, we got the elk tacos which was crunchy and savory, along with wagyu beef sliders which for me was top notch and bursting with sweet and savory flavors! That was a hit for both my husband and I! For main course we got the chicken fried steak with sides of mac&cheese and Chimichuri rice. The dish itself comes with whipped mashed potatoes and green beans. The CFS was probably one of the best I have tasted so far, Mac and cheese is comfort food, it was delicious and they added their own twist to it! Chimichuri rice was good but okay, I think next time I'll op to try other sides instead! Overall we had a wonderful time and were very pleased with the food, drinks, and dessert we got! Oooohhh speaking of dessert we got the whiskey bread pudding, you must try it!! Another great choice recommended by our waiting staff. It was the perfect ending to our night! We will definitely be coming back here with friends next time. This place is perfect for date nights, an evening out with friends and or you can even host parties here, as they have many private rooms to accommodate your guests! Highly highly recommend checking this place this out!! Lastly, for drinks, I'd recommend getting the frozen Texas tea margarita... it was *chefs kiss*

I need some help with a resturant rating. I need a few folks to go try Haywire. I meannn.. I thought it was pretty good. The pork chop trumps Perry's pork chop in my opinion. The elk tacos were great. Chili was a little too different...but that sweet cornbread was fire. I tried the crab dip and it was also good as well as the onion rings. Everyone with a fish option didn't care for it really...they've had better. The drinks were skronnnggggg... but the side cars hit for $23. Some friends agreed the resturant was good...some said they don't need to go back.. some said it was okay but deserves a second try. I think what didnt help the experience is that we didn't know up front about no split checks and we were a party of 15...but we literally watched another table split the check 13 different ways with no issues....so that tainted our experience some. So when yall make it there, share your experience and rating with me please! I'd be interested on where you put them on the spectrum!

Wow! What a fun place. Great drinks and bites. I had the garlic steak which was cooked perfectly and delicious. The sides were great as well. Deliciously prepared potatoes. The service was top notch despite not being crazy expensive. We loved the cowboy theme. The ambiance is nice but not super fancy.

Checked out the new-ish Haywire in Memorial City. Gigantic space with all kinds of seating options including a party barn, dog friendly patio, lounge, private rooms, upper and lower dining rooms. Service was friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was quite good, only the steak was not noteworthy. It was fine, just not better than the dozens of other steak places. The time between courses was overly long for some reason. Parking in the open lot, garage or valet. Entrance on the Gessner side.

Came for the first time over the weekend. This place is huge and has multiple places for dining, sitting & having a drink, etc. There was some confusion about where we were going to be seated and who was taking us. After that was resolved, everything was great. The chicken fried chicken was so good and not a huge portion. Loved the macaroni & cheese and mashed potatoes. Gorgeous ambiance & decor. I can't wait to come back to try some other items on the menu!

Fantastic all the way around, definitely on the regular rotation and a great go to. The food was great, corn bread was more like cake, ambiance was great... loved it.

We stopped here for a break during a day of shopping in the Memorial City area. It looked like a cool new spot to relax at. There is regular parking facing I10, a garage behind you can pay to go in, and valet right out front. The design of this place really pops as you walk up and inside. It's clearly an elevated level of decoration that fuses rustic farmhouse and super modern. They have 2 floors and tons of area to sit depending on how big your group is. I believe they have only been open for 3 months, so the staff is well versed on their menus and happy to help with any questions. We don't eat fried food often so decided to get their combo of their 4 best appetizers along with cocktails. It was so tasty and not too heavy where we were knocked out the rest of the day. Will definitely be back for their brunch or dinner in the future!

Dropped in for a Friday, 2pm cocktail. The restaurant is well-designed and was surprisingly busy with a late lunch crowd. There are bars up and downstairs and a soon to open outdoor turf patio that leads to a new party room. Generally speaking, this place was designed with indoor/outdoor dining in mind. Drinks were good. Service was in between shifts so understandably slow. We only had the happy hour queso, which was good. We will be back for a proper meal and updated review. Nice addition to the Memorial City area.
